Returns and Exchanges Policy for our Customers
At Super Savings Technologies, we are committed to letting our customers have their best shopping experience by purchasing from us! We offer our customers a 30 days full returns, refunds, and exchanges policy on all merchandises and even for products that are on sale or clearance! However, under one exception that all products marked as “open box” cannot be accepted as returns or exchanges. For all return merchandises, customers will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs (through express or regular delivery), customers will also require to provide tracking information for the package in order to receive full refunds.
There will not be any further questions asked to our customers as for the reason of why for the returns or exchanging of products, but it's optional for customers to provide further details and reasons for returns! It will be beneficial for us to serve our customers better by listening to their reasons of why they are returning the product and to serve them better next time!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at supersavingstechnologies@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you (as the customer) will request to upload the shipping information as proofs of shipment to us. For special items (boxed earphones, AirPods, Apple Watch Products, power charging products, or MagSafe charging products), we do charge 50% restocking fees. Condition only applies if the products are in the condition of “brand new” excluding any merchandises listed as in the condition of “open box”. Customers will receive half of the costs for the products purchased as per our store policy. Other products, such as cases, screen protectors, camera lens protectors, watch bands and cases, skins, covers, customer will receive 100% of full refunds when being returned back. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Final Sale Merchandises
Any “open box” merchandise will NOT qualify for under the returns and exchanges policy. Examples will be any AirPods, earphone products, MagSafe chargers, Apple Watch products, or charging products, listed as in the condition of “open box”.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges excludes all products marked as “open box”.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that all products marked as “open box” can’t be returned or restocked! Customers please read the descriptions before making a purchase.
